Having had a passion for property from a very young age, Liz invested in her first property at the age of twenty. A landlord just a couple of years later, she went on to let and manage her own properties and took on the management of her extended family's property portfolio. With many years first hand experience both as landlord and agent, she set up Daisylets Maidstone from her home town of Maidstone in 2011. Prior to this Liz, spent 17 years in a front-facing customer service role in London. In her rare moments of spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with her family, horses and Daisy dogs ‘Mabel’ and ‘Elvis’!
NicolaNegotiator / Sales Progressor
Nicola started her lettings career in 2008, and has over 10 years experience and a wealth of knowledge within the lettings industry throughout Kent. She currently works alongside Liz at the Daisy Lets & Sales team in Kent, and oversees their very busy and vibrant lettings and property management department. In her spare time Nicola thoroughly enjoys walks in the countryside and catching up with friends. A local herself, she can vouch how beautiful Kent is as a place to live, socialise and work.
Laura has a strong background in property management, sales and relocation. Her friendly and outgoing personality combined with her strong administrative skills means she is very customer service driven. In her spare time Laura loves taking her two daughters and dog to the local park for a run around.
DebbieProperty Manager / Compliance
Having started her sales and lettings career in 1998, Debbie has over 20 years experience and a wealth of knowledge within the industry, including a sound knowledge of the new builds environment working for one of the leading residential housing developers. Debbie is now responsible for Compliance at our Kent office.
In her spare time, you would mainly find Debbie trackside or in the Pitts at Brands Hatch or Silverstone, watching her son race motorbikes. When she isn’t attending the hustle and bustle of track life, she enjoys a quiet Sunday walk around Knole Park with her husband, German Shepherd and their 3 year old daughter.
Shelley’s office background includes having worked in sales, marketing and call handling but centres predominantly around administration. Having initially joined the Daisy Property team in June 2015 as an administrator, Shelley took on a more significant role a few months later and is now involved in all aspects of the lettings process. Shelley is an avid reader, and despite having achieved a Distinction in English at Masters level, she still struggles to spell the word necessary without the aid of spellcheck
DavidHead of Maintenance
David heads up the Daisy Property Maintenance team and with almost 30 years experience covering all aspects of building, carpentry and property refurbishment he has a vast professional knowledge of all property requirements large and small. David can be relied upon to take care of all maintenance requirements from a quick fix solution for an awkward dripping tap to project management of 'ground up' full scale building projects, with customer satisfaction always at the top of his list.
